Culture Up Children's Leadership Character Development Coaching Project

Leadership is the "organizing and coordinating of resources, energies and relationships in a productive context for an intended result. By its very nature, it incorporated a clear purpose and vision, which provides the fuel for inspiration, motivation and mobilization..... It is a matter of fundamentally becoming who you are (Myles Munroe, 1973).

In every child there is potential for leadership. We have the direct responsibility to ascertain that from an early age, children know their purpose, to dominate the earth and to take up their position as leaders. Generally, children are of the persuasion that they must copy the latest trends in clothing, footwear, language, music, behaviors and values. Unfortunately, this mind-set, often lead them away from the original pan for their lives. It is very important to impress upon children from a very young age that they are an original and that they were born with a unique leadership plan.

Culture Up Leadership Character Development Project is designed to coach very young children in improving, refining, cultivating and developing their skills, character, knowledge, hidden talents and gifts. Leadership principles and precepts are identified that are necessary for the development and maximization of full potential.

Individuals, such as parents/guardians/care-givers, classroom teachers, children's church instructors, children's club and choir directors, ants, uncles, other family members and interested individuals from the wider community will provide character development leadership coaching. They will have the opportunity to awaken and enhance the potential leader hidden within every child and lead them into becoming who they are- A LEADER.
