This programme must be implemented by an approved OKL Coach. All children desirous of participating in this programme must select an OK Lead Coach. The school’s guidance counsellor or significant other will assist the child with identifying and selecting a coach. The coach is required to complete the designated section of the child’s OK Lead Membership Form. The guidance counsellor will be responsible for the distribution and collection of completed OKL Membership Forms. An individual desirous of becoming an OKL Coach must submit an updated resume brief and a supporting reference letter to the school’s Membership Administrator. When the coach is identified and approved, then the Parent/Guardian agreement section of the form must be signed for final approval. An OKL Coach can be responsible for one student or a group of students. Coaches will receive notification by email to finalise the registration online at www.cultureupkids.org.

Upon registration and verification, participants will be given access to the online OK Lead coaching resources. They will be provided with user names and passwords by their coaches. Participants will be required to change their passwords with the assistance of their coaches.

The coach will be responsible for initiating and monitoring the participant’s progress. However, participants are also required to mobilize selected targeted assignments on the approval of the OK Lead Coach.

Participants must ensure that they secure the signature from their OK Lead Coaches prior to carrying out specified targeted assignments. Participants desirous of receiving recognition must provide documented evidence of meeting programme completion requirements for the specified level as reported by OK Lead Coaches.
